El Pedregal at The Boulders hosts its Fourth Annual outdoor Salsa Challenge on Saturday, May 1 from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., showcasing Arizona Chefs and Restaurants including The Spotted Donkey, El Encanto, Harold’s Cave Creek Corral, Dos Diablos, Tonto Bar & Grill, Scottsdale Pantry, 3 Margaritas and Rubios!  Guests are invited to sample salsas from around the valley and listen to festive music by the female mariachi group called Mariachi Pasion and watch salsa dance performances by Tropical Vibes Dance Company in the outdoor amphitheatre!
